Won’t be using them again. Load is small for the price (see photo) cf other suppliers. Delivery man was curt and unpleasant (did unload in the place asked though). We regretted not telling him to take it back. The wood isn’t sourced in counties we were told. The wood does at least seem good quality. Informed the company, they did phone back but didn’t say they’d do anything in response.

We received our order of logs 2 days ago, they are damp and do not burn well. Very disappointed. They will only be good to burn next winter! Update- the company got in touch after I posted this review and couldn’t have been more helpful. They checked out the logs and all is now good. Thank you Russell! Brilliant service.
