The guys are super friendly and helpful. They have bent over backwards to make sure I am happy. I chose an LVT from downstairs and a carpet for upstair. I love my new floors, but the process was not without issues (largely outside of the team's control, which I appreciate), so I had to knock off one star. I would still recommend this local company, the quality of products and personal service is really worth a look above the usual big flooring chains

I called this company asking them to fit carpet that was taken up by my builders and to re-fit it upstairs. They asked me for measurements (rough) for which I provided. They promised me that they would call me back with an indication of price (which they did, within half an hour or so), they gave me a price which seemed reasonable. The downfall is that they asked me for full payment upfront, which they say is their standard way of doing business. The only thing they had to provide in terms of materials were grippers. I therefore decided not to use them and I would STRONGLY urge anyone that are getting services done like this, not to pay everything upfront. Why would you pay 100% for something that you haven't even had fitted? I have called other businesses and this is far from normal. Don't risk it, go somewhere else, even if you have to pay a little bit more (ONCE THE JOB IS DONE!)
