Initially they where very helpful. But they saw a DIYer coming and decided to take advantage of me. Dishonest and not to be trusted. A mistake was made and the wrong length beam was delivered. A quote was agreed over the phone for a beam of a certain length. A follow up email was sent to confirm this order and cost, there was a typo in the length. So I had paid for a 3.1m length and only a 1.3m length arrived. This should have been checked their end, even the delivery driver said so and that a beam of this length should cost a fraction of the cost I paid. Instead of rectifying this and charging me the same again minus the cost of the 1.3m of steel. Tony put the cost up to hide the mistake and make it look like I had only paid for the shorter length in the first place. I went and got multiple quotes elsewhere to prove my suspicions. Disgraceful
