Fantastic place to live with amazing amenities and a one of a kind site team. On a first glance you might think you're paying above the market rate for the cinema room or the gym or the event room but the true value of living here is reflected by the team on site always happy to help with any enquiry or problem that comes up. Niall, Rachel Bevan, Georgina, Bogdan and Ivan all do their uptmost to make sure everyone is comfortable. On top of that the maintenance team is truly world class Mark and John do a remarkable job of keeping the cogs in this well oiled machine turning, despite having an entire building to maintain they're always approachable and happy to help. In summery if you're moving to a new town and aren't sure where to go for the kind of comfort one only gets from a homely environment look no further Thames quarter has you covered

Building is beautiful. Very friendly staff. Went there to visit my friend, and the staff were super helpful, was having difficulty getting a taxi but Sham and Ivan helped me find a cheap taxi. Would definitely consider moving there myself.

I lived here for more than a year and it is great experience. The staff are very professional and friendly especially Ivan, Sham, Bogdan and the rest of the staff. The building has high security in addition to several communal areas for the residents (lounge, study areas, private dining cinema, gym, etc.). Also, the location is 2 minutes walking from Reading Station. I highly recommend living here if you are planning to move to Reading.
