These guys are complete crooks. Raphael is extremely rude and aggressive. Charged £90 cash in hand for less than 10 mins and did not fix the boiler. He was claiming all sorts needed to be done but in reality did not have a clue. Even stated complete replacement of the 6 year old boiler. He was meant to follow up with the parts to fix the job on Monday but did not; instead I had to contact them. Avoid like the plague as these guys will try and rip you off. I wish I had read the reviews before contracting them Do not use them See images, they are illegally presenting themselves as gas safe registered when this company is not

Very unprofessional. Rude. Came over in a rush and out the door in a rush. Charged 75pounds, for less than 10minutes work. (No work that is. He did nothing!) Says he is a busy man, but not actually doing any work. (You are only busy ripping people off). Ridiculous company, if you can call it that. Totally clueless and unknowledgable. Paid him 80pounds, still waiting for my 5pounds change! Wish I had read the reviews on here before booking him. Big mistake. Service: Heating system maintenance

Called them when my boiler was overheating (we recently moved in), I was suspecting thermostat. They came in, checked both thermostats and confirmed they were fine, just needed some temperature and timer adjusting. They only charged us £75 for checking the boiler + adjusting couple of taps and resealed old sealant. Didn't take advantage of us being clueless about the new electrical boiler we inherited!

Lack of communication, punctuality and quality of work (or not sure about this one because he never completed the job) of this company is really very bad and on top of that they still charge a huge amount of money just to get done one hour of work.. so THEY ARE NOT CHEAP!! I wished I had gone with a DIFFERENT company which seemed to be more expensive at first, but in reality I wasted more money and time with Thames Plumbers.
