An utter nightmare. We arrived at the pier to set up for our friend's hen do only to find ... no boat. We called the company for at least an hour with absolutely no response. We could see one of their other boats moored in the Thames and called out to them for ages in case there had been a mix up and we were meant to be with them - they ignored us. We had to scramble to find something else at the last minute when it became clear that we weren't getting on a boat. We were completely let down.

Can't thank these guys enough. They did our wedding transport from Cadogan Pier to Westminster Boating Base and their service was exceptional. Staff were friendly, professional and welcoming. They even served our wedding fizz of choice, even though BBR aren't on their usual supplier list. Really good value; coaches would have been a similar price and way less fun and way less rock n roll! Many guest compliments have been received over the boat and many happy memories. Highly recommended
