Coming from abroad, this was my first experience with flat hunting in London and I am very grateful to say it has been a pleasant one from the start (I've heard many horror stories!). When I initially inquired about the property, Jose was prompt in arranging a virtual visit and addressing all of my questions. The application process was smooth and progressed quickly. Since moving in, I've primarily dealt with Robert and Monica, who have both been equally as receptive to address even the littlest of my concerns; I had an issue where my closet door wouldn't close when I moved in and the issue was resolved within a matter of days. Overall, I'd recommend Thames Lettings to anyone looking for a proper, well-managed flat in London.
