Thames concreate are scammers. Asked to pay for 12m cubed, when they even didn't fill in the 8m cubed that were accurately measured by professional people. Even staff working for them confirmed that they ask for 1/3 of the amount on top. Very disappointed!

concrete seems fine but tried charging extra for an extra 2 cubic meters. make sure you measure up your pits because they will say they have poured more than they actually have!
