Amazing and friendly service from start to finish. Unlimited prosecco and beer went down a treat and everyone was incredibly accommodating making sure we had great fun. Great start to a hen do! We booked the Wyndham Grand boat for a hen party in late November and it was absolutely fantastic! Steve and Mary were brilliant hosts and did not stop pouring the prosecco for the entire 3 hours we were on the boat. We had afternoon tea set up for our party of 25 and the boat was decorated for Christmas - it was so nice when we all got on board. We had a DJ for the duration of our trip to get the party started, and the bar was full of all the drinks we could possibly want. Steve and Mary were so friendly and pulled out all the stops to make sure we had a great trip. We had an hours worth of funny he party games and they worked together the clear all the tables to the side so that we had space in the middle to play the games. We were even given free reign over the DJ's microphone for our game hosts! Honestly could not fault this company at all, they really made our experience fantastic and the boat is really beautiful, modern and clean with an large upstairs deck to see all the sights. Would book again in a heartbeat. Louise

Steve and his lovely team put on a fantastic corporate cruise with an open bar and nibbles for our client this week. I would not hesitate to book with him again - he managed all curve balls superbly and helped us run the event safely during these Covid times. I will book again when the need arises.

We booked the Wyndham boat to travel our wedding guests down the Thames to the reception venue, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Steve and his team were an absolute breeze to deal with and handled everything perfectly in the planning phase. No request was too much for them. On the day the team were attentive with impeccable service. We really could not have asked for anything more. All our guests commented on how special the boat journey was, it really was such a big highlight of the day. The Wyndham has had a recent renovation and no other boat we viewed really compared to it. If you’re looking for an open deck boat for a Thames cruise, you won’t find better. Thanks so much for everything.

We had my nephew's 21st birthday party here just last week and all I can say is Steve, Mary and Paul were all so pleasant and lovely. Thank you for a fab time and thank you for putting up with us and the noise. They even waited for us when all our guests didn't turn up on time, such lovely people, would recommend them any day. We got lucky with no rain so were able to enjoy the outside section of the boat, where we also had the DJ's music playing too. Photos on the top deck of the boat were amazing especially at night. We really wish we could do it all over again but this time for a longer period, 4 hours were not enough!

Attended a friend's wedding on Friday and the staff were friendly, lots of smiles behind the bar, drinks service when needed, clean toilets and great views around the Thames from seeing the sunset, London Bridge to the high rise buildings of Canary Wharf. The nice weather helped. Music throughout the night. Time felt it went quick :( Thank you for the night!
