Booked this service for my elderly mother last week to be taken to an appointment at Lincoln County Hospital. Both crews (to hospital and return to home) were respectful and treated mum so nicely the experience was a pleasure for her and she was very anxious leading up to the appointment. The lady I did the booking with was also very helpful. Fantastic service, thankyou

Due to collect wife from hospital between 9 and 5, rang them to find out what’s going on what a waste of time as the person I spoke with had no clue on what was going on just said no drive was booked for collection albeit they had two days notice, said my be tomorrow now albeit can’t promise that. Please never sack your staff as otherwise they may end up with another company I use that gives good service, after all your company is only as good as your staff and this company is very poor not really worth one star score. BE WARNED Don’t rely on this service get something else sorted hopefully they will close down very shortly, cut the funding on them quickly government and give it to someone else who will use it to delivery a quality service.

Thames you provide a very poor service, I don't understand how you can just change your name and keep the contract after all you can put lipstick on a pig but it's still a pig. Nothing gets better you let people down for important treatment. Terrible service. It should be taken of you properly and give to a company who can run it.

Starting to wonder if these bunch of incompetents actually have any vehicles. Twice in two months they have let us down with very poor excuses. How these people have managed to keep the NHS contract is beyond me.

Very poor service. Working at a clinic in Peterborough we used to have a real problem with drivers dropping patients and then not turning up to collect them for hours. Luckily we stopped seeing patients use the service and were quite happy about that however today an elderly patient arrived at 11.45am for a 15 minute follow up appointment. it is now 4pm and we have been told transport will not arrive until 5pm.our clinic is about to close so a member of staff must wait with the patient and hope this time they keep their word (having told us lift will come at 1.15. 3pm.4pm now 5pm) bring back volunteer drivers not this shoddy service. Update. The transport arrived at 5.30pm. So our patient waited five hours 30 minutes. The other patient in the mini bus had been waiting at the local trust for 5 hours.
