Overheard a salesman I believe called vince , old guy , calling a customer a , w€$ker, and a some racial slur I cannot repeat , I was about to enquire , but did a u turn , I have learned from experience establishments who employ this kind of person are not to be trusted , shame I love Alfa’s , but not from here !

Purchased a 2nd hand Giulia in May (70 plate, 12.5k miles), after 2 weeks engine light is on and they tell me is only a sensor error and that it is my fault (they think I m pushing both pedals together!). One more week and light is back on and engine enters limp mode. Finally, after opening a complain with Alfa customer service and taking the car to a different Alfa dealer, it turns out that there is oil in the intake filter and airflow meter and crankase breather need to be replaced. 3 weeks without my car, never been called back by their service department and never been offered any kind of compensation. Wish I could give 0 stars!
