We recently stayed at Grand Vista Villa Koh Samui - 3 young children and 8 adults. The villa lived up to the dream. And the staff onsite were Excellent and cooked yummy food. Julian who managed our stay and looked after all coordination / trips / cars / questions and any other customer service was truly exceptional. One of the best examples of good customer service that I’ve experienced for a while. Nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend booking with this group. Also - great Management, problem solving and service from Pete as required to ensure everything about the holiday went well.

All 10 of my Family had a most wonderful Holiday in Koh Samui. The villa 'Panorama Summit' was superb with excellent maid service and local management and the availability of an in house chef provided deliciously relaxing evenings as an alternative to going out. The management of Thailand Retreats (Maggie and Peter) were most helpful prior to and during our holiday and I would have no hesitation in recommending Thailand Retreats .
