I have been here a few times now over the last two years and always a very good experience. This place is great if you want a proper massage where you are going to really notice the difference after. The masseuse are all very skilled and I love the Combination massage for its mix of Thai techniques (using hands and feet), stretching and deep tissue massage. I had mine done by Maya who was extremely thorough! I always recommend them to friends and family a few of whom have become regulars. You cannot beat the price and quality.

I live locally and had been intrigued by this place. I decided to gift my mum two hour voucher for Christmas. She works so hard in the NHS and it has been taking its toll on her body. She has never had a professional massage and so was delighted . A few weeks ago she decided to redeem the voucher by doing a one hour massage on that day and another one hour a few weeks later. Sounds perfectly reasonable but this was refused. She was told it was use the whole two hours now or risk loosing the voucher- as it expires at the end of April. She didn't have 2 hours to spare so rescheduled . If you go to a High Street store with a £50 voucher , you can spend £20 and come back to spend the rest . My mum spoke to someone on the phone a few days ago who agreed to her paying an extra ten pounds to be split the 2 hours . Ridiculous but we agreed. On arriving there today, Chloe spoke to her rudely saying she had been there several times and the message hadn't changed. My mum was humiliated . She is a calm woman who rarely has a treat and this was such a negative experience for her. Chole was not reasonable nor polite. I can't help but think that as it has been paid for they do not care. I do not recommend you get a gift voucher. I am embarrassed that the gift I got her for Christmas has lead to such a negative experience for her. Such a shame. I can not waste the money so unfortunately I will giving the voucher to a friend just for it not to waste. Never !
