I went here with my friend and when for a deep tissue massage which was overall good, but little did the staff know that i speak fluent thai😆 (i’m half black and thai) and were speaking about me and my friend in not a nice way that were quite racist. I didn’t say anything until 30 minutes into my massage as they made a snarky comment about me having my socks on so i responded to them in thai .they were really shocked and started stuttering they asked me on 2 different occasions if my friend spoke thai as well because they were now feeling guilty. They need to work on their professionalism. Moral of the story; you just don’t know what people know.

I have been going here for years since the first owner. The service had drastically changed. The customer service is very poor. Hardly got settled money was demanded of me and rudely asked if I wanted a hard or soft massage and if I wanted a hard massage I would have to pay more and no refund if otherwise. This already put me off and I demanded to speak to the manager who was unfortunately not in The massage was the worst experience. Shame that this small business is losing customers.

I have been going a few years here after it was recommended to me It has been a game changer as I have chronic knee injury which impacts on hip and feet too. All the therapists are excellent. Apple has been super amazing with injuries. Give this a try if you have pain. It makes a big difference to healing.

I did not even get as far as visiting this place as I’ve never experienced such rude customer service than I did over the phone with Thai miracle. I called to ask whether they had any space for a massage this evening - the receptionist asked what time and I said as soon as possible. She then proceeded to shout at me over the phone demanding that I give her a time? I said in about 20 minutes so she asked where I was coming from - I said new cross - to which she shouted at me again saying how would I possibly get there in time if I was coming from new cross. I was driving so this would have easily been achievable but I had to hang up as I was in shock at how unbelievably rude she was. Would not recommend giving this place your money if they can’t even take a booking without shouting at their potential customers.
