    Avoid this spa at all cost!!! skip to the factual 1* reviews because they give a accurate description of my experience. From the minute myself and my mother stepped into this place, we were made to feel like second class citizens all becuase we had booked via group on as a gift. The greeting was very cold and the first interaction was a warning that this coupon offer would only be allowed once.(We had not intentions of coming again) we came for a express facial and a 30 minute massage for two. our facial was with a lovely assistant that was very polite and professional. However the same manager who dealt with us at reception, was knocking on the door whilst having my facial. when the facial ended she barely gave me time to sit up to take a sip of water before ordering me to the the massage room, where the experience totally changed and not for the better. I asked before the massage to have a firmer pressure and was told "you pay little money, you pay more for that. my manager say i cant do harder pressure. How much did you pay". she went on to tell all about the hard work she done in another branch. i then had to explain i was her as a present and what should of been a special treat fro myself and my mother turned into a nightmare and i couldn't wait to leave. The manager continued to knock on the door and speak outside the door and interrupted once again. we left without any communication from the manager about our experience. clearly we wasn't welcome here.     I have been suffering from extreme back pain due to giving birth and bad posture because of nursing baby. I had a massage booked with a masseuse called Oat. The deep tissue massage was unbelievable; I able to sit upright and breathe again without feeling pain. The pressure and accuracy was fantastic. I cannot recommend this woman enough.
