I had Botox done at their Wimbledon branch. The staff were polite and nice enough but they aren’t using the best product. I went back for a top after two weeks and two weeks after that the Botox had already started wearing off after about 5 weeks. I wrote to the clinic and they basically said they wouldn’t do anything. I asked them for a partial refund as it shouldn’t wear off after 6 weeks and they refused. The lady was basically like not my problem. Avoid Wimbledon, they are using substandard products. I purchased 10 sessions in bulk as Therapie Wimbledon was on Sale! Im not really hairy but fed up with waxing every month. So I finally decided to go for consultation for laser hair removal. I was seen by Tiziane for consultation and she was really sweet and informative. I had 9 out of 10 sessions done as I missed my appointment but the results are 10 out of 10! I was promised 80% reduction and i have achieved this (or even 85-90%) The only thing i would improve is to always be booked with the same clinician. I have requested to be seen by Vlera as she was recommended by my friends, snd i was told i will be seeing her on the next session but when i came, i was seen by another person new to me. Nevertheless, all the ladies that I saw for treatment had been really lovely and made me feel comfortable. Towards the end, i have at least been seen 2-3 times by Elona and also greeted by Tiziane who did my initial consultation. These ladies are really lovely and deserve 🌟⭐️✨⭐️🌟🌟✨💫 Would definitely recommend Therapie but most especially, Wimbledon branch! Service: Laser hair removal

I've always had a great experience with them. My therapist is always so sweet, lovely and professional. We've a lovely bond. I'd never go to another clinic. 😄 SIDE NOTE; If you have PCOS and struggle with difficult hair growth I'd recommend getting laser. It can take a while but it will be worth it.
