Really disappointing service. I book all of my appointments on my course in advance so I can get the time slots after office hours which suit me. Twice now Therapie have contacted me just 24 hours before my appointment to cancel, after calling and texting me twice the day before to confirm? When I ask to rearrange they then both times said there is no availability for another 6 weeks minimum. This means it completely ruins the course and the timings between each laser treatment. Was on hold for 25 minutes trying to reach someone and they just tell me there’s nothing they can do. I have since cancelled my remaining 3 sessions as I quickly frankly can’t be bothered to waste my time with making arrangements for the sessions to be cancelled and not being given an opportunity to book back in. As a young woman it is frustrating as I came to this company and service to build confidence and their advertisements as being quick and easy - which both are completely untrue. I have thrown my money away so I wouldn’t recommend. Service: Laser hair removal
