My first visit at TherapieClinic (Victoria St) was a complete disappointment and one of the worst experiences I've had in a while. I arrived for the appointment at 10am as scheduled and waited for ~15mins before asking one of the receptionists why it is running late. The girl at a front desk texted her colleague to get the status and said that she will have to cancel as the therapist is running very late. Furthermore TherapieClinic reached out to me a day before asking to reschedule for 11.30 however I couldn't accommodate and we agreed on 10.30. However no confirmation was sent for this and online booking wasn't updated either hence I called them later in a day to double check. Initially they couldn't get through to Victoria branch but later called back confirming that I can keep 10am appointment as initially planned. The communication has been poor all the way. The girl at the front desk couldn't do anything about the cancellation in the end apart from suggesting a later time and gave the number for head office to call to make a complaint.
