if you don't want to leave with a beard, don't even go outside. The worst thing is the service takes your money, makes an appointment and then tells you that you don't have an appointment, after a fuss and while you explain that he has prepaid, he serves you and then it has the hair back on you even worse since they make you shave first. Anyone who wants to do this treatment alone don't go there

I had a fantastic experience at Therapie Clinic Trafford Centre, and Nurse Claire played a significant role in making it a positive one. From the moment I arrived, I felt very comfortable and at ease. The atmosphere of the clinic was great and contributed to my overall positive experience. The warm and welcoming environment helped me feel relaxed and calm, which was especially helpful since I was receiving a treatment that I was a little nervous about. Nurse Claire was lovely and provided me with great advice. Her gentle approach and recommendations made me feel even more at ease during my visit. I never normally write reviews, however as someone who has previously had a course of laser hair removal elsewhere I was shocked to experience how bad therapie clinic is. Firstly the treatment doesn’t work with them. I’ve had 6 sessions years prior in another clinic and swore by it being the best thing I’ve ever done. Needing a top up, I paid upfront for a course of 10 sessions, thinking it would save me in the long run. The equipment they use is turned down to extremely low settings so the treatment Is fairly pain free but also not working to its potential, my hair growth is more or less the same as before. They do this so you continue to buy more sessions with them. The staff turnover is ridiculous I never had the same woman more than twice throughout my time there as they would treat them so poorly. They also refused to treat me one time as I had left the country despite my reassurance that I hadn’t been tanning or in the sun. Another time they told me I was fine to be treated 3 weeks after a surgery only to then turn my away AGAIN on the day. As I have told all my friends STAY CLEAR therapie clinic is a money grabbing chain that do the absolute bare minimum and care only about upselling. Don’t be fooled by the cheap deals.

Been with Therapie clinic over a year ago and I don’t see a difference at all. They keep giving me top up sessions to see a reduction but no luck so far. I have been contacting them to speak to a manager however been unsuccessful. I do not recommend this place

Bad customer service. Only had 2 appointments but staff have been generally unfriendly and a bit judgmental at this branch of Therapie clinic. On my most recent appointment I had to take my top off and at the end of the session before I put my top back on the lady treating me opened the door of the treatment room onto a corridor of treatment rooms whilst I was still sat there in my bra

Having to write this as I am being completely ignored for weeks on end by Therapie. They cancelled my very first appointment (of a course I had purchased) with 3hrs notice when I had planned my whole week around the appointment. When I then requested to cancel my course I have been completely ignored, days on end have gone by with no response to my request. Right now I feel like Therapie have stolen my money and are refusing (or just plain ignoring) my requests to give me a refund. Outrageously they are referring to THEIR cancellation policy…when I wasn’t the one who cancelled my appointment. Just shocking customer service. I really hope by writing this that firstly you give me my money back and secondly that you think twice about treating another customer like this Therapie. Shameful business.

Not good service. They cancel my appointment last minute a day before I’m flying out. Then rescheduled for 5 weeks later so I would now have to wait 3 months in total between my appointments. I’m so angry and on top of that they won’t refund me for the full body service I payed for
