Therapie has gone down hill massively. They have more clients than they have available appointments for and not enough staff. I’ve been a client for three years and I now have to go through each branch individually to try to find appointments, normally booked 2+ months in advance. I’ve not had an appointment since the start of the year because of this. On top of this, they cancelled my appointment two weeks in advance because of a therapists emergency so now having waited two months for this appointment, I now have to wait another two months for an appointment. This doesn’t include the hour you waste each time you try to book an appointment as their system is prehistoric. Absolute shambles considering the £1000s I have spent with them to not even get the service I’ve paid for.

Bad attitude with an awful system. Don’t book and come to waste your time. If u can’t even manage your system how come u can guarantee your treatment?? If the front desk people are too tired they need to get rested at home, instead of being rude to customers.
