The second time I came in February they were behind by 45mins which made me late for a meeting. I booked in for today and they put the wrong date in so have completely wasted 2hrs of my time. Treatment is fine but I won’t be coming again as organisation seems very poor.

I had an encounter with Ellie, who served me at Therapie Clinic in Bluewater. She was by far the most impolite staff member I have ever come across. Aside from her attempt to deceive me, claiming I had only one session left when I knew there were two remaining, she abruptly ended the call and treated me with complete rudeness. On a positive note, I must mention that all my treatments were carried out by Jordana, a very pleasant and professional young woman. I strongly advise against visiting Therapie Clinic in Bluewater, as they have an incredibly impolite staff. Specifically, I caution against being served by Ellie - the rudest one.
