Today, I had a little botox to feel fresher in my skin. Its a first for me and now I feel amazing. The doctor who did this for me was simply awesome, so professional, offering advice and explanation of procedure, totally making me feel at ease and safe in her hands. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Today Rochelle was happy to answer any questions I had and was very understanding and put me at ease. The process was quick and painless. She also clearly explained how to take care of my skin while the weather is warmer and when I go on hoilday in the coming weeks. The ladies at the front desk were also very helpful and welcomed me with a smile, like always.

Had an appointment which was changed without my knowledge. Travelled from Birmingham then was told to wait around yet again to be told that I only have 5min for my laser which meant they could only do one area. Not the first time I have had to re book to get other areas done which were meant to be done at the same appointment. Inconvenient and waste of my time and money travelling there when I have to keep going back plus I have young children. Results a minimal in my opinion and service not very good.

I was really nervous about today as it was my first session but the lady who did the session for me was so so lovely we laughed a lot and she just put me at ease. The actual laser treatment was so quick and pain free, I don’t know what I was so worried about! I’m really looking forward to further sessions and to see the results as time goes on

I got a skin reaction after getting Laser so I contacted the clinic. The manager, Maile, got back to me and reassured me alongside explaining it in a professional manner. She also asked me to come in to the clinic to receive some Laser Aid so I did, whilst there I also spoke to another lovely woman who assessed the area and gave me advice on how to better treat the area. This was overall such a lovely, helpful and professional encounter, and I truly felt cared for as a customer. I’m extremely satisfied with the services of Therapie and will most definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get laser or any other beauty treatments they offer. ❤️
