I had my full face Lazer done, initially seemed to be nice place but gradually I could start noticing the reality. After paying so much, the result is still a lot of hair on my face. Every time the staff member doing Lazer changes and each time keeps asking about what areas you get treated. I would not recommend wasting your precious money. Few staff members even felt incompetent, doing the acting of using Lazer on my face but I felt like not much was done.

Initially had a good first impression and had my first laser hair removal treatment without any fuss. All went smoothly and had my questionnaire assessment completed. Came in second treatment and manager and staff said that I cannot continue with my present package as their machine is “new” and “had no researched effects yet” with regards to my skin condition. I have informed them it has been the same answers with my first assessment form so I am sure your staff cleared me to have a laser hair removal treatment. They told me this issue whenever I was already in their clinic and waited for additional 30 minutes before they called me (just to tell me that I cannot further continue with my preferred treatment). I understand that they are trying to protect me and their reputation as well so I agreed to just have a refund as advised due to the given scenario. But this had an effect on my mental health as I was looking forward to this long term investment in terms of self care. This happened on 5th of October and said that it will be processed on the 6th as this is the next working day. They assured me that it will take 2 weeks to process the refund. Now it is already January (months have passed) and still have not received any refund. I have phoned them/customer service regarding this matter and had follow up via phone call and physically visiting the branch but to no success. I understand it was a very busy season but it is not fair to leave your customer hanging for that long. I am already tired and stopped the follow ups. I’ll let you do your job. If my refund will be showing up anytime soon 🤷🏻♀️ then thank you but I will not be deleting this review as the service that I had receive was very frustrating and done poorly.

Spent nearly £400 for laser sessions. No significant results. The service provider repeatedly keeps recommending top ups or more sessions. Not worth it. Got a lovely therapist who discussed with me aftercare for laser in depth at my 11th session (things I hadn’t heard about at any of my previous sessions). All laser therapists should have given this information at the first session itself.

I paid £800+ for my back and neck treatment - Special offer. Depending on who did it my neck line changed each time. Once the 8 sessions were done they tried to push me into another 8 to finish the job properly. I refused, instead I contacted Donaghy Skincare in Cookstown, literally double the price for 8 sessions but I don't have a hair kind left. Would not recommend wasting your money. Seek out a professional.

I’m using my partners google account as I don’t have one. I went to have my lazer hair removal today, when I was asked if I had done a sunbed I told the girl yes 10 days ago to witch she said I couldn’t have my treatment today. After making the journey into Belfast from Dunmurry and waiting 30 mins to be told the booking will come off my block booking witch I had already paid for. So I will be loosing out on a treatment I havnt received. I was still willing to go ahead with the lazer, so this wasn’t cancelled on my half. I wasn’t aware that doing a sunbed would effect my lazer journey so this is very unfair to take an appointment off me as I would have still had it done regardless. Service: Laser hair removal

This is the worst most over priced disorganized company ever and the booking system is terrible they will steal your deposit even if they mis schedule your appointments they are hard to get in touch with unless you physically show up and the first time I got fillers from them I was forced into getting a size I didn't want . The second time I tried to go get fillers they booked me in with a nurse who couldn't even administrator lip fillers yet. And basically told me I couldn't have my deposit back it would have to be in store credit and I'd have to rebook for a doctor who wouldn't even be in until the end of the month.
