From our initial phone call to book an appointment, to the end product, we received nothing but exceptional service from both Kensi Hope Interiors and TH Developments. We went to our design meeting with a specific look that we wanted to achieve for our new bathroom, keeping in mind the period of the house and how we wanted to incorporate some old with new. Tony helped bring it to life. He understood what we were trying to achieve & suggested products that would suit. There is so much on offer in the showroom alone, without going through the brochures and it was great to see some of the products we opted for in situ. Giving the period of the house, the old bathroom had to be ripped out - from ceiling to floor! We were thrown a few curveballs with the plumbing situation, but the Team Leader of our project, Matt, had solutions figured out before approaching us with the problem. We all agreed on a few changes to make it work and it didn’t disappoint. It really helps that Tony does not subcontract any of the work, it is all done in house which helps to keep the job on schedule. We found everyone was knowledgable about all of the different trades required. This meant we were always offered the best advice that would impact the final product, rather than just a specific trade suggesting what would be better & easier for them with no thought for other trades still to complete their work. It really was a team effort. Every single member of Tony’s team treated my family and my home with respect and professionalism and you can see that in the finished product. They never finished a days work without tidying up, or letting us know where they were up to with the job and what they were hoping to achieve the next day. There are a few things to finish off, but it’s already our bathroom of dreams! We would, and already have, recommended Kensi Hope & TH Developments to family & friends and we are now beginning the ‘big save’ for the next project Tony can help us with! Thank you all so much! 😊

First sign of a problem and Tony wouldn’t ring us to discuss a solution, instead we got an email/call from the office, in fact we only got one site visit on week one of a 4 week project. Eventually Tony visited us right at the end to discuss our snagging list, but he was unable/unwilling to resolve to our satisfaction. Only positive experience was the fitters Paul and Lewis, who always tried their best.
