I booked a table for my sisters birthday. It was very disappointing. It felt like they were hoping to turn us away, until I pointed out that I had booked a table. On reflection I wish we had just walked away and found somewhere else. Our waitress was good - but clearly over stretched as we hardly saw her. The food was average at best.

Haven't been to this TGI's since last year and today it was great. Our server Olivia was amazing and very attentive and for a new employee she did an excellent job. The manager Ash was also great and I was happy to give him the positive feedback. This experience will definitely make me come back sooner. The food was on point and piping hot and we didn't have to wait very long for anything. Thank you TGI's North Watford for a great evening we will be seeing you soon!

Ok just over priced for food u can buy in Iceland everything coated in the same sauce.. steak wife had full of gristle..I had platter no better than harvester except 15 quid more expensive .salad brown and wilted this is basic start to a meal ...fresh food.. spent 100 quid on sub standard food

Visited here one night just to use their bar. Managed to get a seat straight away. Large selection of cocktails available as well as other drinks. They also have 2 for 1 on cocktails all day everyday which is fab. I had the raspberry ripple cocktails which were fantastic. Large screens around the bar playing football at the time we went, which pleased my partner. Downside was definitely the service. First order we put in we got served within 5 minutes. We decided to order another round but had to wait half an hour after we finished our last drinks to get more as the lady serving disappeared for 10 minutes (there was only 1 person on). And by the time she’d got back there was quite a queue. As we tried to get her attention once she had served a few people, she walked off again! Got the impression from most of the staff of not wanting to serve you and a bit of rudeness. I’m also disappointed that their mocktails aren’t included in their 2 for 1 deal, for those who prefer not to drink alcohol. The price of a mocktail was the same as a cocktail on the 2 for 1 deal. Will definitely be trying out their cocktail bar again, but at a different TGI.
