Food was clearly burnt & overcooked. My nachos were cremated. The chicken strip main meal was even more overcooked resulting in my main meal being dry & tasteless. The staff seemed uninterested & unwilling to listen to our complaint. I will not be returning.

Came in tonight food was dreadful. I used to love TGI Fridays. But today was just awful. Never had such a dry and burnt burger. Even the chips were dry like they had been sitting under a heatlamp for ages. For the price being charged you would be better going to Mc Donald's. Even the chicken strips were dry and hard as a rock. Wouldn't recommend and definitely won't be returning.

Came to your site for some lunch with a friend. Dominika was our waitress who was lovely and bubbly and very attentive. The food was great as always and it all came out in very good time. Keep up the good work guys we will be back for sure 😊

First time visiting, definitely will not be back. All the staff looked miserable and like they didn’t wanna be there(I know you’re working but come on) the lady that took our order was ok. She tried her best. The service from everyone else was just so bad. The food was ok, not anything to rave about, better quality elsewhere around Watford for the same price. The only thing that was surprising and a good little extra was the free Heinz baby food.

The lady at the reception today was very rude to us, no manners at all. We were so disappointement by her attitude. Everything else was perfect, the food and the service was amazing, waiter was very polite and very professional. 5 stars for the waiter but if i could i would give 0 to that lady at the door.

Attended with my family yesterday and the experience was overall disgusting. Don’t get me wrong the food tasted lovely as always but service was horrible. i wasn’t able to get the name but a tall girl with curly hair was our server. She didn’t take our order when we said we were ready multiple times, had a negative attitude, gave us the bill before we had asked and finished eating. it was a shame. i never have experienced this before and it is usually my favourite place!

Was greeted with a warm smile when we arrived, We had pre booked our table, was seated within a few minutes. The food was nice, the staff were great, we found them very accommodating, friendly and no task was an issue. Overall we were very happy with the service and would definitely go back again. Not the same TGI - food not value for money. Weatherspoon far much better. The alcohol was not good.. full of ice and mint. Plus on arrival we were told it was busy and waiting time was 40mins, within a minute there was a table available upstairs. When we went upstairs, there were more than 10 tables available, we were there for two hours and upstairs was still empty. Not going back.
