Saturday went for dinner to celebrate my granddaughters birthday, food was lovely before leaving I went to the bathroom left bathroom walked round the corner of the bar heading towards the exit and went flying flat on my face over 2/3 pile high of thick large black rubber mats the ones with the holes in. I got up told bar tender who said I didn't put them there a woman rushed over and so did my young relative and her friend who were watingoutside for me came over hen I left. Today is Monday I am in pain shoulder chest arms legs and top of my rib cage are hurting and I'm taking pain killers. This spoiled what could have been a lovely evening

Booked a table in advance and arrived at the designated time. Was handed a 'wait' device and told to wait at the bar. Waited ~25 mins without being offered a table I had booked and then left. Thanks

Food was over priced for what we got. Burger was literally just a burger on a plate for £20 no extras, ribs were burnt and hardly any meat on it and the garlic bread was rock hard and cold. Overall wouldn’t eat here. Service was good, waiters trying their best however cannot say the same for whoever is making the food!

I don't normally like to leave bad reviews as i have worked in this type of industry before so I do sympathise with the staff to an extent but after last night I'm having to leave this review so me and my friend went last night for a catch session and thought it was a good idea as we wanted to try somewhere different we had made it on time at 7:30 for our reservation and had to wait as it was relatively busy was waiting at the bar for 30 minutes no one has noticed us and wasn't even served for drinks until 35 minutes after we was waiting and then once we had our drinks orders I had to go over and ask to be seated as there was people who came in after us who was being seated before us and then once we was seated had to wait another 10-15 minutes for someone to come over to us to order our starters and mains then waited another 15-20 minutes for our starters and then once we was finished with our starters no one came to clear them and then was waiting another 30-40 minutes maybe a bit longer for our mains to turn up and we wasn't even table checked to make sure our mains was okay and then once we was finished with our meals we was waiting for someone to clear the plates and bring the bill over and then was left waiting another 10-15 minutes waiting to pay for the bill so overall wasn't the best experience that me and my friend have had only good thing out of the whole evening was that our drinks tasted good.

Has a very large food and drinks menu including various vegan options. I tried the Raspberry Crush drink and absolutely fell in love with it; was very tart. I also had the meatless chicken fajitas—as a Mexican American these were about average and the flavour profile was very different to what I'm used to when it comes to fajitas but it was not bad. Would have liked more meat and tortillas as it felt like 60% onions.

Waited 10 minutes at the entrance to the seated. Staff walked past and failed to acknowledge that we were waiting to be seated. Had to approach the bar staff after this time to get seated. After another 30 minute wait for someone to take our order our food arrived within a reasonable and was enjoyed by all. However, another family arrived and stood at the entrance with young children and were ignored by the staff just like us. One of them approached a member of staff, who clearly lacked customer service skills as she fobbed them off and walked off pretending to be busy. They then approached another member of staff. At the end the family just walked out. Awful

We went as a party of 4 waited 20 minutes for a table . We ordered starters they hadn’t arrived after 40 minutes , waited fit food in total one hour and twenty minutes . Walked out and would recommend no one goes here without having four hours spare to enjoy cold food . My children were highly disappointed and hungry , only positive is that Bella Italia is next door and they know how to treat customers .
