Couldn’t order a couple of meals because there were no tortillas/wraps which seemed weird as they are in a lot of the ‘mex’ stuff on the menu. Ordered burgers instead but we had to leave after over 50 mins of waiting. Staff member was nice, didn’t seem too surprised that we were leaving and I got the impression the food was still a long way off. It was busy but not that busy (not full) so no reason for it to take such a long time - was looking forward to the burger so was a shame to leave disappointed and very hangry.
