Really good food, it's "Americana diner" themed so expect big burgers and big fries. Their fries are absolutely gorgeous by the way, not too salty and came out red hot. Portions were also solid, not too much or too small. The pricing was also good, managed to pay for 4 people (including 2 starters and drinks) under £100. I marked service down a little because they forgot one of my guest's meals so they had to wait while everyone else was already tucking in. It was also quite dark inside, lots of tables in darkness so it was difficult to read the menu.

I had booked table with family TGI security Guard stopped me with aggressive way no with Excuse me or Hi and was appointing finger on me to stay there 🤦🏻♂️I asked him why being rude in reply his respond was yes I’m and I’m like this what can you do 😡I think that security guard got door supervisor SIA licence without training course even he couldn’t speak English in respond. I think you should change this guard or u will lose lots of customers because of his unprofessional and rude behaviour he’s Asian guy with long black hairs

Took an hour for the starter's to arrive and when they did it came with our mains, all luke warm, it was only when I ordered more drinks that the server actually realised we hadn't had our starters yet and tried to ignore the issue when serving all the food at once, not even an apology and the server only came over to prompt for the bill. They clearly forgot about us and failed to even apologise for the terrible service. Went to a wearherspoons the next day, was brilliant service! Cheers weatherspoons TGI Royal Exchange sort it out jesus.
