Very poor in every way. Went in for drinks and an ice cream, the ice cream sundae was dreadful and at £7.50 you really expect something not so artificial. When I told the server that it was not very nice rather than asking what was wrong with it I got the card reader put in front of me. I suppose this is an example of a chain restaurant doing what they do best. Serving mediocre food that may as well be made out of plastic served by people that don't really want to be there.

Dietary restrictions: They have a dietary requirements app on an iPad they give you, you select what you need to avoid and it lets you know what is safe (with the caveats that they can’t guarantee no cross contamination). I found that my dish was customisable with some of the ingredients used, I just asked the server, she spoke to the chef and it was sorted

I've been to TGIF more times than I can count but this was my last ever visit. Took family, kids and grand kids. First the burger was made wrong took longer than all of us eating to get it fixed. No waiter would come over finaly got barman to come over and take it back. Then I even had to tell the chefs to make it with bun slice of cheese meat nothing else. They all thought it was funny. The sirloin steaks which were most expensive on menu were tougher than shoe leather. So all in all what should of been a nice treat turned out awful. I would give McDonald's which I don't like much a higher rating. Very sad as it has always been a good place till know.

The food was okay, but the service was a bit slow. However, the staff went above and beyond to make up for it. When I asked for the missing mushrooms in my dish to be replaced, they kindly offered corn on the cob instead. And to my surprise, they gave us complimentary desserts to make up for the long wait. This gesture was very much appreciated and shows that they truly value their customers. Overall, despite the slow service, the outstanding customer service more than made up for it. I would recommend TFI Friday for their willingness to go the extra mile to make their customers happy."

Booked a table for 5 for a brunch booking (which is all day, as advertised) Were running 30mins late so phoned ahead, manager said was all okay and to turn up whenever as they were quiet. When we arrived we were told there was no brunch booking and that they were not serving cocktails, and we would have to use the full-price menu or leave. We went to Las Iguanas instead.

Booked a table today for 1:15pm, after being ignored and not acknowledged in any way by the staff for 15 whole minutes we left and went elsewhere. Given our experience at this branch and also another branch in Bristol this chain has really gone downhill recently.
