    I went to TGI's for my sons 6th birthday and was greeted by Colin who was our waiter. He was very friendly and made the whole dining experience more personal, by greeting the birthday boy by his name and then making a balloon hat for him with a personalised message. It was a nice touch when unexpectedly he brought out a cake for him and sang Happy Birthday. It definitely made his day even more special so a Huge THANK YOU TO COLIN!

    Went for best friends birthday! Amazing service, we didnt need to ask for our drinks to be refilled they just came along and asked, i am lactose intolerant and they bring out an ipad to go through which foods are lactose free which is much appreciated. I ordered the steak, rare…. It was perfectly cooked, tasty and didnt even need any sauce the meat was so flavoursome! Filling… delicious….friendly, happy and amazing staff! Deffo going back!

    Long gone are the days of the 80's / 90's TGI fridays with roller skates / buzzing cocktail bar and extensive menu. HSE ruined most of it. The service is always really good here, especially from Tania I think her name is, however foodwise, I dont feel value for money. One thing that bugged me this evening, the glazed chicken strips with the toasted sesame seeds and chilli flakes. A real Fridays® favourite, didnt have any sesame seeds or chilli flakes. There is an Asda over the road. 1st world problem, but give people what you advertise! Gratuity is optional, but I think the prices reflected should absorb a service charge. I am more reluctant to leave a tip given the food standard vs price, which is a shame because they obviously work hard.

    This place was rocking at 6 in the evening. Birthday celebrations, people meeting up after work and those simply coming to eat. Friendly service as always. Huge menu with lots of variety. Lots of 2 course, 3 course deals to choose from.
