Vegetarian options: Good choice of vegetarian and vegan options Dietary restrictions: I am unable to have onion due to triggering my asthma. Was asked of dietary requirements, and was made a burger that had no onion and was informed of the sauce containing onion, which was replaced with something else. Vegan options also tasty. I can't thank the staff enough for the care they showed me today. Thank you so much especially the manager.

The menu is on the window before walking in to give an idea of what to expect which saves staffs time. We were seated straight away and given a menu with an estimated time to take the order. We didn't wait long for drinks or food. They also asked if there was any allergies known. The prices reflect the food. Couldn't fault it. When being asked if the foods okay the lady (jade) got us more wipes to use to clean our hands. The bill also came promt from when we asked. Overall great place to eat and friendly staff.

The staff service was rather poor, we arrived at 5pm. Due to allergies, I was told a manager would be over shortly to take my order - the manager did not come over until 5:30 at the earliest (We had given our drinks order at 5:15, they still hadn't arrived either). It was then another 20-25minutes before our starters came. Our main meal did not come until 6:20 (80minutes after we arrived). The food was cold, and was sent back. Overall, the staff service was really poor, it has been on a number of occasions that I've visited. I would not recommend this establishment. Dietary restrictions: The staff were not all that helpful in being able to accommodate me with my allergies. Rather than going to check with the chef, to see whether the patty or the bun was okay for me to eat, they just told me it was up to me on whether I wanted to risk it.

Waited over an hour for our food only for it to arrive cold, clear that the staff were not communicating with each other. We were sat for 20 minutes before anyone even came to take our order, at the end the manager said he noticed us calling staff over but failed to actually do anything.

Had nachos and burger yesterday..the corn tortillas wasn't cooked well. Tasteless guacamole, no jalapeños, The messy burger was like chewing a leather, dry, over cooked, tasteless,dry bun..didn't eat and left the food. the staff didn't even bother to ask! Not a good experience.

This was a great restaurant to go drinking at, with a flashy design that includes decorations like guitars and bicycles! The counter is well-presented, staff were nice and the seating is comfortable. Me and my friend enjoyed our cocktails, although the service was rather on the slow side.
