The service and atmosphere was great, they took food allergies seriously (in my case gluten free). Overall, the food was very good, the chips were especially nice. However, my potato skins were cremated, they were inedible and quite visibly so- I was surprised the waitress even served then. Parking: Plenty of free parking. However, keep your receipt just in case you get a ticket

TGIF - Crawley Not a great experience, definitely below normal TGIF standard. Ordered two meals, both Sesame Chicken with house salads, no fries. One with blue cheese, one with ranch dressing. Received two dinners with fries and withered inedible lettuce, plus one salad & blue cheese. Explained the issue to the server and then received two additional salads and no ranch. After repeatedly requesting the ranch we were told TGIF don’t do ranch. Surely the server would have known this when taking the order. Additional issue is we had wait approx 30 mins to receive the food. Thus overall poor quality & poor delivery

Service was pretty slow and the food was very average. Waiting staff were very polite and helpful. I'd consider it expensive for what it was. I ordered a chicken burger and when it came, it ended up being half a chicken breast which was a bit disappointing for around £15.

I wish to start this review by mentioning what excellent service we have received from Spencer and Michael. They are a real asset to TGI's. My partner and I had a lovely meal. Starter was the wonderful garlic prawns (they were yummy ! ) and then for our mains we had chicken fajitas and the mixed grill. We also had some cocktails - Expresso Martini's and Strawberry Daiquiri's - they were on a 2-1 deal - fantastic. I can honestly say they were the best cocktails we have had in a long time ! All in all - a great expereince and lovely service from all staff.

first on arrival we stood at the service counter for a long time waiting to be seated with staff looking at us and carrying on there conversations. when we was finally seated we saw a customer having to go to the kitchen entrance to ask to be seated while all the staff where having a casual conversation and not paying any attention to the customers. our waitress, she was very unprofessional, has a stinking attitude like she couldn’t be bothered to be there. she was slumbering over our table when putting down dishes and was not even paying attention to us that we had to ask numerous times for drink refills. and even gave our items to the wrong tables. overhead a complaint from the table beside us , who had complained several I could feel his frustration , management came out and could tell she seemed extremely disinterested which made our visit very uncomfortable and unpleasant. and made us feel like there was no point in complaining to the management on site. Food was shocking worst I have ever had was not appetising , dry and shrivelled up. Cola was flat and didn’t taste nice at all. Toilets were vile , disabled was covered in genital hairs swarmed in urine. Females was dirty dust handing from the celling , crumbs of used tissue and dirt all over the floors. Taps where handing off the wall making it difficult to was hands. And no toilet paper.

Lovely experience, the manager I believe he was called Spencer was absolutely great all evening. Made us feel very welcome from the moment we walked in and couldn’t do enough for us with our request and the food was lovely. We will definitely be coming back

Honestly wouldn’t bother, took us half an hour to get a drink order in which came out wrong, another half an hour for some cold starters to come out. Then some cold and dry mains followed, pretty quickly actually. Around 90% of the staff on the night of our visit were all gathered around one table (bet this tables drinks order were right). Joined the crowd of 3 others looking for someone to pay, though I wish I never had. Better off sitting outside eating the £50 I gave to TGI’s.
