Awful experience, we went for my 25th birthday and it was like the place had been taken over by 16 year old who had no idea what on earth they were doing! Our waiter didn't know how to do certain things and wasn't clear with helping us out and didnt even bother getting a manager to help out and explain certain things! We had to wait 30 minutes each time we would ask for a new drink/glass of coke, bearing in mind the restaurant was not busy at all. Our food order was wrong, and when we sent it back and received "new" burgers, the patties were luke warm and then buns were cold. The food overall wasn't great. I go to TGIs a lot and this was by far the worst experience I've had - the staff were too busy chatting and distracted by setting up their own little pizza party where staff were going out to pick up dominos rather than looking after their tables. Overall it wasn't great and I won't be going back to this TGI, possibly any TGI again.

Food was not great and over done. Alot of food and drinks are out of stock. You would think high volume selling foods they would stock up on. Service is questionable being sat at the front of the restaurant and everyone else at the back which meant more time spent with customers at the back vs those at the front. Staff are more interested in chit chat with other staff members. Staff need to be aware of appropriate tables to be given to a family with kids. Not a table so high the high chair with a child sat in it cant even reach. Wouldn't recommend going there over priced for what it is. Better restaurants in Lexicon who do a much better job. Got a full refund after raising a complaint to their Regional Manager as the Store Manager was more worried about cash flow so only wanted to give a £30 voucher. I guess they are scared of trying to explain a £81 refund to their Regional Manager.

Not a busy night but they completely forgot our food order. As compensation they let us order whatever we liked for free. When the food did arrive it wasn't great.
