Food was decent, I removed a star because the size of the main course was small. At the start, the service was good, but I felt a little forgotten about, and a drink order we placed took a while to get Kid-friendliness: There were families with kids and one family celebrating their child's birthday and it seemed like they were having fun

From the moment we got there till when we left the service was horrible. We all thought we was in Karen’s diner from the moment we walked in. Got told to go to the bar to wait for a table that had been booked. Didn’t get served at the bar just got ignored. Sat down at table eventually and had to wait 15 minutes for our waitress Holly to come and take our drinks order(bear in mind there was only 3 of us). While we was still waiting for our drinks she came over and took our food order 10 minutes later. After she had took our order we proceeded to wait another 10 minutes for her to bring our drinks over and not even an apology about the wait. When the food had arrived we hadn’t got one of our sides after 10 minutes. We tried to tell holly about this and she shrugged it off and walked away to go speak to her colleagues who were already in a group chatting away. The service was inadequate and we was all disappointed to the meal we was looking forward to as we was going out afterwards for a girls night. After the service we was given I would not recommend and would say go anywhere else even if it’s McDonald’s.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at tgis. Went for a meal with my 3 friends and the service was appalling! Holly was the waitress and her rudeness just showed from the moment we was served. I waited 20 minutes for her to even take our drink order while she was serving other tables around us and standing around talking with her colleagues. Took our order after we had to call her over and was very rude and blunt about everything we asked for, while she was joking with her other tables bare in mind we hadn’t been rude to her from the moment we got there. Food was absolutely lovely, nothing to fault there but service was shocking.

I walked in and was ignored by the two girls at the front until I said can I get a table, was told to wait at the bar even tho it was empty, 20 minutes pass so I asked the girl again, but she’d forgotten about us at the bar, finally seated, wait another 25 min to order, and there was no chicken, girl says I’ll give you another minute, 20 minutes pass, 65 minutes wasted! We decide to leave and the girl at the front doesn’t even acknowledge us,. Bad service! Bad manners!

Where shall I start, as soon as we walked through the door we were hardly greeted by two young ladies that rolled their eyes and looked at us with disgust. They hardly seemed interested or cared and had attitude problems when we were being kind and patient. We then proceed to sit down but had to go to the bar to order food and drink the food took forever to come. We didn’t have knives and forks on the table the table was also sticky. The food was really good which is a shame because the service and staff let the restaurant down considerably. Wont be coming back here again should have gone to Miller & Carter like we planned👍

Booked 2 tables for our large group in advance but could only seat half of us. The rest had to wait 40 minutes before we were eventually seated. The meals came out randomly and some cold. This led to half of us finishing our meals before the rest had even received theirs.

Booked in advance days before & couldn’t be seated for 45 minutes. Ordered before we sat down & took 1hr 30 mins before we had our food. Half the food came out cold once received. Ordered desserts but didn’t arrive before half the table left after waiting for the meals for so long. Apparently we weren’t the only ones who experienced this. Need more attentive staff & be more interactive / caring towards their customers.
