Currently sitting in the restaurant. Been here for 1 hour and have only had two cocktails. Their excuse is that there is only one person doing bartending. I think the solution is to hire more bartenders. Yewande was nice, clearly overworked. Terrible service won’t be back again.

Awful service. Will not be returning. We had a table booked for 11 people for our sons 11th birthday. On arrival they sat us at a table which was too small, therefore we asked to move. Half an hour later we were moved to a bigger table. We had to ask someone to take our drinks order because no one came over to us. Another large group joined the table next to us, where again the table wasn’t big enough and they were kept waiting to move to another table. When our food was ordered it took an hour and 20 minutes to come out. Wrong orders came out. There were two burgers missing. A waitress came over and wanted to count the burgers as the kitchen said they were definitely sent out. Like we were hiding two burgers under the table? By the time the two burgers came out most of the table had finished their food. Awful service for our sons birthday. For a £400 bill at the end it was very disappointing. The best part was the birthday singing at the end.

My chilli chimichanga was cold in the middle, over priced at £15.00. My wife had very nice pasta with chicken but that was also not good value at £15.00. We were once regulars at the Reading venue but this was our first visit to a TGIF for over five years and it's not as good as it was back then. The menu is smaller, some of my favourite dishes were missing (onion bloomer and Caeser salad). On arrival we were left ignored at reception whilst two members of staff were engrossed in whatever was on the computer screen. Overall a disappointment.

Went to celebrate our son's birthday, booked a table for 7.45 but never got seated until 8.10. Ordered food, it took an hour to get starters , and then we waited another 30 minutes for our main course. They served some of the food but never gave us cutlery and bought the chips 10 mins after bringing the burgers and ribs. Everything was cold. Called for the manager, who, to be fair, was very polite and apologetic. She did offer to get us fresh dishes. However, by this time, I had gone past hungry and far too late to be eating.

Terrible place, sat down at 2.15, at 2.30 was still sat waiting for service so asked someone to take our order 2.45 still nobody came to take order not even a drinks order. Staff wondering around looking lost doing nothing the place even busy but there were more staff than customers. This is the 2nd time had terrible service here. Genuinely will not be back.
