Absolutely useless, had to ring and ring to get any response, never called me back! The girl I was dealing with left.! My new accountant has had massive problems receiving my pay roll. Again had no interest, couldn't get through was issued a 200 pound fine even though my new pay roll was done. Now we can't get the gateway for furlough money for our employees. Shockingly bad service for the smaller business. I will be on the phone to them again as soon as they open chasing my own data. New accountant has never dealt with such a bad outfit, un quote. Also if we don't apply for furlough by the end of May my employees won't be paid. Thanks Tgfp for a lot un needed stress.!!!! :(
