We had IVF with this clinic and were really happy with the service we received. We changed from a different clinic that we weren't happy with, they made the process so stressful that we weren't even sure whether to try again. We are now so glad that we did. Excellent and very efficient . No unnecessary appointments . Simple to liaise with, phone always answered promptly. Thoroughly professional service. Did not try to push costly add on services like other clinics do, such as hysterocopy. Knowledgeable about alternatives when things don’t work for example using Lubion instead of lutigest. Great to have a local satellite clinic as well as main clinic and lab.

They replied to my emails and phone calls really quickly, and guided my through the process with so much care and expertise. I was really nervous, but felt so well supported by the team of clinic staff, nurses, and doctors - who were just really great people. The results of the treatment far exceeded my expectations.
