TFP Oxford have been with us every step of the way. We’d been with a different clinic where the treatment was good, but the administration was poor and it created a lot of unnecessary stress. We went with TFP Oxford because of their patient journey focus, and we have not been disappointed. The whole team genuinely care, from the doctors to the reception staff. I could not recommend Oxford Fertility more! Everyone there is absolutely amazing - so kind and caring. The patient portal messaging system they have makes it so easy to contact people you need, even at the weekends! In particular Lauren Fitzgerald who works in patient support has been a superstar! She has helped me out numerous times - I wrote a message on the portal and she rang me straight away! Both times! The first time was because I was doing my paperwork all wrong and getting in a muddle and she talked me through the whole thing - and the second to help me cancel / rearrange an appointment. Both times she called me she already had a plan of action and solution to my problems and she’s exactly what you need when you are feeling stressed and drained - she makes you feel calm and in control again, something which is so important on this journey. She also makes you feel like nothing is too much effort, the most amazing lady and such a credit to Oxford Fertility! I can’t thank her enough. It’s like it’s part of the job role to work at Oxford Fertility you have to be an absolute legend!!! They are the best.
