I was told by tfl staff to go there to sort out my oyster card, the female young staff are so rude... My feeling is, it is my fault to go to her as nothing could be done, I was about to cry, my heart is so broken to see that helpless attitude.....visitor centre should represent our London, She is absolutely ruining our tourism.
