i was only able to use youre train system because of google maps and some people helped me. i saw online videos but there was nothing to tell me how much the train cost. i couldnt get the cash back off the card. the directions online were not valid. it was a frustrating experience except for the helpful people. i hope you take this feedback. its not fair to make forigner pay a lot of money and no idea how much it cost and then cant get a refund back. you need more signs for forigners and nothing told you there are 100 stairs etc. i hope you send this to the right office but i doubt you care enough to change!
