So I ask the gate line staff a question and he replies you have to walk all the way round this corridor until you get to the pink stairs. Ok so I walk all the way there, it's about ten minutes. He didn't tell me it was closed. What a helpful chap. A visitor center that isn't even open until five PM on a Thursday, in the world famous King's Cross staKing's.Cross.station in London

There's nothing more fun than watching your train sail away because you missed it by seconds despite sprinting through London's maziest station in a Siberian jacket. And if it wasn't for the snail pace service at this place I wouldn't be stuck here sweating out of places I didn't even know I had. But hey, two waits for the price of one, what a deal. In short, just Google your problem, and if you need an oyster, there's offies everywhere. Unless wasting your life on a platform and watching your train home disappear heroically into the sunset is your idea of a fun day out in this black hole of a city

On Google Maps it is pretty hard to find, but it is down in the subway, so NOT at Kings Cross. Plus they don't really help you, it is more of a selling point than an information point
