Wow. So impressed with their senior pensions administrator. Realised the other day I hadn't received my P60 this year, emailed them on Saturday. They posted it to my address the following Monday well in advance of their 12 day response promise. Have had problems in the past but this more than makes up for them.

The advisors are given an initial of all employees to look after, I think it’s the Surname? The female advisor whom I was unlucky enough to receive was so rude, condescending and abrasive on the phone. Nobody has ever spoken to me leading up to or since that day in my experience with communications with anyone at TfL. I was reading my annual pension statement when I wasn’t sure about a couple of things, so I wanted them explained, big mistake. I actually telephoned her back and tried to explain how she made me feel and her response was “I don’t care, make a complaint”. Shocking. Since then, I’ve only passed my pension related queries to my unions pension advisor as to be honest I have genuine anxiety and trepidation whenever I think about it.

Appalling service, lost my father and am still in the process of dealing with his TFL pension, they won’t answer phones unless they feel like it and are then incredibly rude, so you try email and get automated responses and then nothing happens, finally got through to someone on a random number today and was told I hadn’t emailed even though I have all of the sent emails and the automated responses sitting in my folders! Rude rude rude.
