Brilliant doctors been here since birth and lately seen a massive improvement with doctors and staff lindsay especially on the reception nothing is ever too much for her and she's very approachable. Reception staff are very good here try their best to do what they can where possible. Dr nilan and Dr uppal are outstanding doctors brilliant with me and my family getting issues and appointments sorted, couldn't wish for better.

Not sure what the hype is about. The doctors and receptionist are useless, old fashioned and incompetent. Avoid at all costs. Here’s just ONE example of my bad experiences. Dr Nilan told me my mental health isn’t “real” and writing everything in a diary should help. Update: the above happened three months ago. I had an appointment today for something ENTIRELY different, and to my dismay, it was Dr. Nilan. The first thing he said was “Hello, it’s Doctor Nilan, the doctor that you wrote a bad review about. I don’t think you realise how much it upset me or the consequences of what you’ve done”. I said “please don’t be so passive aggressive”. And apparently I was “attacking him”. I then asked to get to the issue at hand and he outright refused, continuing to talk about my review. I am appalled by this service and will be reporting it to the CQC immediately.
