Did the fire and ice mid week with my partner and was really impressed with the new fire and Ice room. Down side is you only get 60 minutes and with no clock in the room you are constantly checking the time. Obviously this puts you on edge and it’s not at all relaxing. Also 60 minutes isn’t quite enough to get full use. Once you get settled it’s time to go. We were told we had ten minutes left by a life guard and tbh it would of been nicer if there were a clock. Would love to see this service be extended to 90 minutes so you really feel you’ve had your monies worth.

Lovely pool. Would have given a 5 star rating, but the chlorine was too strong.

Fantastic pool! Not huge but I've never seen it get extremely busy. I love the gym, it was my favourite gym in Torquay at one point as it is small and quiet, but very well-equipped. I've never tried the Spa but I hear good things and it looks very clean and professional (you can see it from the swimming/gym reception.) Dip'n'Dine is very good value for money as some think the pool is a little expensive on ots onwn, especially for non-members. They have an amazing outdoor space where you can eat, and an outdoor pool which unfortunately is for hotel guests only. Good parking most of the time and the staff are very helpful and professional. Overall, it's clean, reasonably priced and a great experience.
