If I could give 0 stars I would. Since changing hands this pharmacy has taken a nosedive in service. Arrogant, petulant and rude pharmacist who looks tired and irritable at all times. I can’t recall a time I’ve been in the last year where I haven’t had to return to get the rest of my script. There’s no apologies, no please, no thank you. Just passive aggression and excuses.

Poor service. Had to switch pharmacy as the on in Perton is always a long wait. Tried this one and they tried to blame a supplier issue for not getting my patches in... Funny how for the last 12 months plus I've not had an issue and then when I change pharmacy I get issues. Might as well stay with Perton as least they have my medication even though it is a 3hr wait!!
