A great little museum that manages, TARDIS-like, to cram more stuff into its space than seems possible; you could easily spend a couple of hours here. Lovely welcoming volunteers; my 9-year-olds had a great time clambering in and out of the 5(!) aircraft cockpits that are on display. Has a shop with a huge array of second-hand transport books at very reasonable prices.

Amazing place. The volunteer's there are wonderful, very helpful and very informative. Nothing is too much trouble, they were so good with our 22 month old grandson who loves planes and vehicles. Also, my son was in his element has he loves history. This place is well worth a visit, you will not be disappointed. The cafe is well worth a visit too, very friendly staff. We will definitely be going back.
