    Where do I begin. I visited Tettenhall Fireplaces after being disillusioned by another local shop. I had been told it was not possible to knock into my Chimney and fit a Wood Burner and would need a faux internal chimney breast at considerable extra cost. The previous local shop didn’t even want to survey. The minute I walked into Tettenhall Fireplaces I was welcomed and reassured that all would be possible. David is knowledgeable and went through all of the options before Adrian came out to survey, again taking the time to explain all aspect. The price was very competitive and included all the removal of rubble, new skirting boards and nothing was extra. David went above and beyond in sourcing me the perfect non combustible beam and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Adrian and Zac were prompt, tidy and incredibly professional. I apologise for the essay of a review but it’s rare to find a quality family run business who pay such care and attention to their customers. A joy to do business with and we are delighted with the end result. Keep up the good work guys & thank you 😊
