The goods I purchased from them never did arrive & no refund got offered for the failed delivery either. Honesty isn't a strong point of the the sales assistant I dealt with over the phone either sadly. Never again!!

The company sent me a broken, not working part. Apparently, could not see the problem at the evaluation stage. Faced with overwhelming photo and video evidence, Lisa (the company director?) has chosen to stop all communications. Issue referred now to the payment company. Appalling lack of decency. Replying to company owner response: I have made it clear from the onset, that the two photos received from you were all about fitment and none about its functionality or working condition. How could you conclude otherwise from your own photos? To confirm your peculiar claim, I'm attaching your “proof of faultlessness” below. As mentioned before, when presented with evidence you unexpectedly stopped all communication, hoping that the issue would go away (?). At no stage have you agreed to a refund, a return or any affable resolution, so blaming me for not returning the item sounds absolutely nonsensical and false... to name it politely. Conclusion: After reviewing the case, the payment company (PP) refunded all the money. Trickery and evasion tactics can only get you so far. Legitimate warning to others.

!!!!CAUTION!!!! These guys sent I the WRONG part!!!!. Obtaining a refund was difficult and apparently I was liable to pay the return postage and the removal fee on an item that was wrong (despite their own T's & C's saying "full refund within 14 days" NO EXCEPTIONS). Broke the law and were bullies about it. Nothing I can do though. Cheers Test Valley. What a lovely bunch of human beings you are.
