I was told there was 30% sale on all items including sale items. Went to the till thinking id get 30% off the listed price for these jeans which were at £65 only to be told by staff they were actually £110. Called manager who was very aggressive and loud only to be told i wasnt allowed to buy these jeans due to staff error and he was taking the off sale. What a joke 😂.

Went to return items on boxing day, told by staff that the manager isn't doing refunds today or tomorrow. The shop wasn't even busy, so a wasted trip. Will never shop/purchase from Tessuti here again because of the manager's power trip.

Needed to return some items which I had ordered online. Had an issue returning through Hermes courier and so I was advised to go into store. I had only bought in half the receipt and Dev the manager was so helpful and called up customer services a number of times to sort it out.

Always spend alot of money in here met a member of staff today who was complaining threw my t-shirt down and moaned about fetching foot wear something I do not expect won't be using this shop again, as I mentioned it to another staff member she also got hostile because I broke up their mother's meeting in the centre of the shop wow, the clothing I was about to purchase was North of 500 pounds great service
